1. Order Processing Time
- Retail orders: all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- B2B and bulk exports: processing time for bulk export orders depends on the quantity and specific documentation requirements, phytosanitary certification, lab testing and similar. A specific timeline will be provided in your Proforma Invoice, typically 5 to 10 business days for dispatch.
2. Domestic Shipping, within India
- Shipping partners: we use trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC and India Post.
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping rates: shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and pincode.
- Free shipping: we offer free shipping on domestic orders above the threshold value displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping, exports
We ship globally to the USA, UK, Europe, UAE, Singapore and many other countries.
- Shipping partners: FedEx, DHL, Aramex, or freight forwarders for bulk cargo.
- Air courier: 5 to 12 business days.
- Sea freight, bulk: 20 to 45 days depending on the destination port.
Customs, duties and taxes. MeeThought E-Commerce Private Limited is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, tariffs, taxes, customs duties and similar, are the responsibility of the customer, the Importer of Record.
4. Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Packaging
We take great care in packaging.
- Retail: secure, tamper proof packaging.
- International: export grade packing materials, moisture resistant, to ensure product safety during long transits.
6. Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes or customs clearance delays. MeeThought is not liable for delays caused by the logistics partner or customs authorities.
