We specialise in the export and domestic supply of agricultural commodities, herbal products, spices and food ingredients.

• Nature of products: many of our products, for example jaggery, turmeric and herbal powders, are natural agricultural produce. Minor variations in colour, texture or taste may occur due to seasonal changes. These are not defects but characteristics of natural products.
• Availability: all products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Medical and Health Disclaimer

• Information provided on this website regarding health benefits is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
• Always consult a healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition.
• FDA and FSSAI statement: statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the FDA, USA, or similar global regulatory bodies unless explicitly stated on the product packaging.

4. Pricing and Payments

• Currency: prices are displayed in INR, Indian Rupees, for domestic users and may be displayed in USD, EUR or other currencies for international users.
• Taxes, India: prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes, international: prices strictly exclude import duties, VAT, or taxes applicable in the destination country.
• Payment methods: we accept major credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI in India, and secure international payment gateways. For B2B bulk orders, Wire Transfer, T/T, or Letter of Credit, L/C, terms may apply as agreed upon in the invoice.

5. International Shipping, Customs and Duties

This section applies to all buyers outside of India.

• Customs and import duties: you, the buyer, are the importer of record. You are solely responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, taxes or clearance charges levied by your country's government. MeeThought is not responsible for delays caused by customs departments.
• Compliance: you are responsible for ensuring that the products you order can be lawfully imported into your country.
• Incoterms: unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard B2B exports are processed on FOB, Free on Board, or CIF, Cost Insurance and Freight, terms as per the specific commercial invoice.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

• Perishable goods: due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or perishable items unless the product arrived damaged or is incorrect.
• Damaged or defective items: if you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will provide a replacement or refund after verification.
• Cancellations: orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once the shipment is with the logistics partner, cancellations are not accepted.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos including the MeeThought logo, images, product descriptions and software, is the property of MeeThought E-Commerce Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any illegal purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeeThought E-Commerce Private Limited, our directors, Dr. Narayanamma Neeraganti and Mr. Nagendra Prasad Krishnam, officers, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits or lost revenue, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MeeThought E-Commerce Private Limited and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Dispute resolution: any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
